The Lama Lux ironing board is 15 inches wide and 48 inches long, which makes it practical and comfortable to iron on. The Height is adjustable from 29-inch to 36-inch. The cover it comes with is amazing, three parts, the outer smooth glide fabrix with the elastic ends and under that are not one but two heat pads. The EXTRA WIDE IRON PLATFORM ironing surface offers 15 x 48 inches which is far roomier than the one I used to have. This is not your grandmother’s ironing board! This is exactly as described, large snd heavy duty. The pink cover is also very nice. I can’t wait to use it but realized that I would also like a new iron to go with it. Heavy duty, professional quality ironing board! The pad is much thicker than found on your typical department store ironing board which makes ironing easier and more professional looking! The opening and closing mechanisms are of heavy duty quality constructed materials and operate smoothly! If I were to change anything, it would be to make the top of the board more pointed than blunt but this certainly is not a game changer! We love it! Thank you Wayfair!
