The numbers are really nice but not centered. Notice difference in space on both ends.

I placed an order & this is how it came out of the box. A top pole had a threaded insert already screwed in and it was stripped and I couldn’t get it out. A bottom pole had the leveling foot jammed in to the hole where the threaded insert would go to connect the poles. I initially called for a pole replacement & was told an entirely new order would be sent out but then I realized the shelves themselves were not level lying flat on the floor. I also noticed the clips are too small for the poles & do not lock into place. They also don’t fit in all of the holes - some holes are smooth and others have additional plastic but it’s not consistent with every shelf so this is clearly a quality issue. I did the chat for a full refund Bc this is not what I was expecting at all - we’ll see if it’s issued. Sad Bc it’s beautiful in the pictures but missing/broken/inconsistent pieces & seems flimsy.

I was very disappointed that the numbers on our plaque were not centered. We had seen their plaques shown on several websites and assumed that their product would be quality. Our letters were over on the left side, with nothing on the right side.
