Beautifully made. Would have served well but I made a mistake ordering it for a person I had already ordered a stone for. When I realized that I needed a different person on it and tried to cancel this order (only an hour or two later on a Saturday night), I was told the cancellation was tentative, no worries, right? Three days later I received a “ sorry you cant cancel because this is a custom order and is already in production”. Who starts production late on a Saturday night? If ordering this item is essentially non-cancelable, there should be a bold “are you totally sure?” question before you check out reminding you “this order is not cancellable” If you want this Item, and it IS very nice, double and triple check before you hit “buy” at Wayfair.
