Very pleased with my product. The directions are clear and the unit is easy to use, and the taste of my own milk is superb. I am never going back to store-bought milk.

I love making my own nut milk. Once the filter is locked in, it works great. But therein lies the problem. It is very difficult to know when it is actually closed. It doesn’t click or stop to tell you it’s secured. In fact, if you keep rotating, it will unlock. And you don’t discover that until you attach it and try to grind. My filter is now damaged from coming undone during the grinding. Poor design.

I had a soymilk maker years ago and loved it. This one is even better because the heating element is NOT in the liquid, so it doesn't get soymilk all cooked onto it. Easy operation. Quick results. Helped me drastically cut down on packaging waste b/c I can make this from a bag of bulk beans. (No more cartons!) Lastly, I can create custom blends (like adding some rolled oats in), so that's a delicious bonus.

I love the look of this soymilk maker but most of all I like the fact that it will make RAW nut milks. I have a different brand of soymilk maker that does not have that option. The soymilk is delish and creamy. This machine is very easy to use. The soy mash is collected in the filter canister which eliminates the need to strain. Just be sure to clean the filter immediately or at least set it in a bowl of water until ready to clean. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Soy milk making cannot be easier. The hardest part is to clean the apparatus, making sure the stainless steel filter attachment is clog-free. To make it worthwhile, you may want to do several batches together, so that you only have to clean once.

It's a great machine. I'm using it everyday. It may take some time to clean the milk screen though. I'll recommend it to everyone.
