I got a different part then what I ordered. I sent picture proofs but the manufacturer and Wayfair say that they sent me the right part. Need to talk to someone at Wayfair. Wayfair did not own the problem and wanted me to talk to their supplier.

This picture is deceiving as it shows the lever with a cotton white handle which I thought I was ordering. I received a polished chrome handle and not the white one as depicted in the picture. I just needed to replace the lever, not the handle also. Thanks

After 17 years, the original rod for the trip lever broke and we had to resort to connect a wire and pulling the flap to flush the toilet. This replacement is well constructed and comes from the original toilet manufacturer.
