[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased four of these for some shelves in our office. They look great and the brackets themselves are very solid. I can only give them two stars, however, because the screws are completely unusable. The screws are extremely soft and stripped when going into solid maple with drilled pilot holes a majority of the needed depth. It isn't the easiest thing to find screws with a finished matched to the bracket and, for the price again, the included screws should be able to be screwed into wall studs or even a soft wood like maple. One screw broke after I couldn't back it out with a hand screw driver and tried using pliers.
