I have no issues with the levers themselves. I trust and prefer a Schlage door knob/lever over any other manufacturer. These perform exactly as I would expect a Schlage lever to. However, ordered 4 of the Manhattan Keyed Entry Levers and selected the option to have all the Keyed Entry levers be keyed alike. What I received were 2 levers keyed the same, and the other 2 were keyed the same, but not all 4 levers were keyed alike. Now I have to have a locksmith come and rekey 2 of the levers to match the other 2. If not for the mismatched keyed, I would have given these a 5 star.

Super convenient to have Wayfair key the doorknobs to the same code. Didn’t realize that when I first ordered so had to reorder it correctly the second time.

We upgraded to these lever handles which make it so much easier to open doors when your hands are full.
