The product is ok; however, does not fit my door. The item is considered by Wayfair as "customized" therefore be aware you will not get your money back as it is non-returnable.

Ordered two of these costing me $98.32 and when I went to install them on my doors after moving it was only the exterior portion. At this time it was past the 30 day return policy since I ordered them prior to moving. I see now that the product description says "(Interior Portion Sold Separately)" but when I purchased the item the product name was "Schlage Barcelona Exterior HANDLESET Grip" making this very confusing for the price point. Very disappointing when I had to have someone come help me install the item and didn't know until they unboxed the item that it was only HALF of what I needed for both doors.
