Works but....my whole house is of this design which means I can tell the difference in quality. It just is not the same. The customer service is tremendous which possibly will make up the difference should there be future issues.

This is not up to Schlage quality. The inside mechanism is all plastic! Found that out when it arrived broken. Had to have Wayfair send me 3 replacements before I received one that wasn’t broken!
