[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was really easy to install and get connected to my wireless network and phone. Seems like it’s really durable and made of high quality materials. The handle does get super hot in the sun but that’s not the fault of the company.

Battery operated but it does last a good 6-9 months before letting us know it needs to be replaced. Love the smart features and of course the app. Creating different codes for everyone gives us peace of mind because we know who’s been in and out of the house when they go in and out. As well as the automatic locking system is amazing. We don’t have to worry about remembering if the door was locked or not. It’s compatible with Alexa too which is a bonus! Install was a piece of cake. Definitely recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is perfect with these smart locks. I only have 1 thing I don’t like about them. Hard to see key pad in the dark. Needs a little light or a slight glow to see numbers. It lights up once first number is pushed. But you need to make sure you hit the correct one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi - I have 7 Schlage locks, 6 are the bolt version. One is this one...all work great. The only gotcha with the Encode Lever is, from the inside, you cannot tell if it is locked or not. This is not a showstopper but an indicator would be nice to know when you walk out.

I’m not mechanically inclined at all, but it was super easy to install and took me less than 15mins to replace my previous smart lock (from some no-name Chinese company) that didn’t even last a year. This one seems like it’ll last. Its mat black finish is nice and sleek. It compliments my door well. It was easy to connect to WiFi and programming was no problem along with creating a locking schedule was quick and simple. All in all, very satisfied so far!
