The backplate on these have a shorter length, and a shorter depth projection than the other styles. If you need a double-dummy, just get two single dummies if you already have other knobs in the Century style. The matte black is gorgeous though.

really beautiful door knobs. Mid-century vibe. I highly recommend. We looked at 4 different styles and this was by far our favorite.

Very nice just make sure that they are tight and level when installed. If not, you will be adjusting them every time you walk by them.... square must be perfectly level or look BAD!!!
