I know Schlage  quality is best however, I did not use this item. I had canceled my order, but they sent it to me anyway.

I had to order this bc the set I bought did not match the photo on the Wayfair website. I kept the bottom part of the first order and will keep the top part of this order. So essentially I had to order 2 items to get what I needed. Unnecessary. And Wayfair doesn’t care. I spoke to several employees and supervisors who promised to resolve this. But didn’t.

You sent the wrong item. The item we ordered was rectangular not round. This is the third attempt we’ve made with you and you’re still sending the wrong item. It’s very frustrating!!

I got a matching dummy to match the regular locking handle on my double front doors. Everything was square on the inside and outside except for the upper, inside, part of the dummy which is round. The outside two pieces of the dummy are square and one of the pieces on the inside is square, but not the upper inside portion of the dummy, it's round. It's annoying my OCD greatly. :)

Great to have a matching dummy door set for my entry door.
