These valances are fully lined and the fabric is gorgeous. I’ve found the brand name on different sites, but, I haven’t found this particular pattern ~ fabric.

This is perfect for my bathroom window, bought towels and a shower curtain . Colors matched my two tone brown walls and floor.

The drapes were fine, not amazing; but sadly didn’t work. What I was really upset about is that Perigold charged me $43.00 SHIPPING TO RETURN; which probably was the cost of the drapes. They weighed about 2 pounds (valences). I tried to call them and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I knew there would be a charge to return but they don’t specify that until after you purchase. BEWARE of ordering anything because this was the first and last time for me!

These are lovely curtains and well made. The two layers are actually two layers of fabric. We decided on different ones that went better with our room, but I would definitely recommend these.
