It is guaranteed from the initial purchase date against all manufacturing defects. All other finishes, including plastic components, are guaranteed for one year. The warranty offered on our products will be honored only if the installation is performed by a certified master plumber.

This is nicely made and working well with my shower. The matte black is a perfect match with my other fixtures. Love the square escutcheon, but it did not come with a set screw or I couldn't find it in the box.
