I am so disappointed. After searching for the perfect unit, I finally ordered this one. The first box with fireplace came just fine. The cabinet box came damaged with damaged and broken pieces. I believe it was too heavy for one Fed Ex person to handle. It was easy to order replacement pieces and they came fine. Then as we put it together we found another damaged piece and the two end pieces were for the left side. No ride side was included. I am impressed with the customer service but disappointed in the hassle of it all. I am hoping I can change this review when it is finally all complete.
