Buyer beware. Whatever you do, do not purchase this item. First of all, the price listed right now is ridiculous, and $200 more than I spent. I purchased this back in January. The set comes with a quantity of 12. I ordered 3 sets, therefore, I should have received 36. When the box arrived I thought it was strange that it was so small. Upon opening the box I got an interesting surprise. There were 3, individual little mitten ornaments. Not 3 sets, not even one set of 12, no, I received 3. I called customer service, they were amazing, and they helped me re-ordered the item. Once again, 3 sets of 12, or 36 total ornaments. When the new order arrived, all I could do was laugh. Once again I received 3, individual ornaments. This time they were each packed with an astounding amount of packing paper, in a box that would fit an NBA basketball, we took pictures, lots and lots of pictures. But the most unbelievable part was that each teeny tiny ornament had its own huge box. I guess, whoever packed each ornament thought the knit would break and wanted to ensure they were safe. Well, back on the phone with Wayfair, who again, were amazing and just as confused as I was. We ordered again, but this time shortly after placing the third order, I received an email from a supervisor that stated Wayfair could not confirm how the ornaments were sold, such as how many were in a set, etc. so they canceled my order and refunded the $42 I had spent. Do not order these. And definitely do not spend the $230 plus dollars. Thankfully, Wayfair did not require that I return the 6 random ornaments, but I am disappointed I did not end up with the 36 I originally ordered. This will go down as one of the most bizarre online purchases I have ever made.
