Screw holes are not correctly centered

This set is so beautiful, but we bought two and one of the lock knobs turns updown (vertically) to lock and the other knob is locked when horizontal.

These are of nice quality. They are a little brighter and shinier than the picture shows but we like them! Can't wait to see them on my new door.
