• ISLAND FEATURES - The MAi805-DBEVFCDR Mont Alpi 805 deluxe 44-inch premium outdoor kitchen island gas grill arrives almost fully assembled (modular attachment required) and features 6 tubular stainless steel high efficiency burners with a rear height-adjustable ceramic infrared rear burner and a standalone side burner that produce 78000 BTU’s of heat output. The grill also features a stainless steel warming rack, 8mm stainless steel cooking grids and a generous cooking area of 38-inches x 18-inches (990 square Inches of total cooking area).
• ADDITIONAL FEATURES - A double lined grill hood with temperature gauge is standard for maximum heat retention. The grill has two cooking surface halogen lights, On/off red/blue changing control knob lights, a bottle opener, electronic ignition, easy access full front pull-out grease tray for easy cleaning, white granite countertops, plus storage drawers and cabinets. Your outdoor kitchen will also come with gliding castor wheels for smooth and easy-to-maneuver movement and increased stability.

• NATURAL GAS CONVERTIBLE - Although this outdoor grill comes with a propane hose and regulator as it comes ready for propane use, it can be easily set up for conversion into the more environmental-friendly natural gas, providing another convenient cost-effective, and reliable source of heat for outdoor cooking. • EXTRA DRAWER CABINET FEATURES - The Mont Alpi extra drawer cabinet adds an additional 25" countertop surface for your grill with a cabinet and additional drawers right under. You get 3 soft-closing drawers more even more storage space for your outdoor kitchen ideal for bbq grill accessories for added convenience. This extra cabinet cannot be added to the left side of the grill due to the gas lines. The gas line is too short to reach through the cabinet to its proper connection point and there are no holes to accommodate for them.
