Loooove this pan. Just the right size to fit into my Breville smart oven, cook bacon, make tartes, clafoutis, and roast Vegetables. The handles are super comfortable if you are really making a tart tatin. Cleans like a dream. Update: This is becoming my most used piece. What a terrifically flexible dish.

It’s awesome to use for so many different things beside baking a apple tart. I use it for small pizzas and for making some scrambled eggs or even can fry up a breakfast steak or a chop. It’s so versatile and so glad I finally made the purchase.
