Having purchased this same lever in the past (with the same model number), the arm that goes from the handle to the flapper chain has been shortened significantly - several inches!!! Now, a standard length flapper chain doesn't reach the last hole. I needed to use a paper clip to make up the difference - after paying a lot for this trip lever. Ridiculous what is being done to cost reduce items. This is NOT the Kohler company to which I have been a loyal customer for decades.
