[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently installed the KOHLER H2Wise and love the idea behind it, but setup wasnt totally seamless. The box says to download the KOHLER Konnect app, but after registering it redirects you to a different app, wich was a bit irritaring. Installation wasn’t easy for me since I didn’t have the right tools. Once installed, it looks sleek and gives great peace of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a great concept but requiring an electrical setup under the sink made it difficult to setup. After getting an electrician in to arrange a new outlet we were able to install / the installation was simple from there. I like the app features and it makes me know my home is safe from leaks when I’m not there. I would love to see a rechargeable option thus eliminating the need for the outlet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to use this but it just wasn’t what I expected. The plug in connection is so short I couldn’t plug it in and hook up the lines. No instructions were in the box so I downloaded the app and that made me register the download another app and it just wasn’t user friendly at all. Very disappointed in the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This H2wise by Kohler is so simple to install and it fits under any size bathroom cabinet taking no extra space this is super important. I really like their app is very easy to navigate and detect any flaws in the water system very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was so easy to install. We put it under our sink in our kitchen. Testing it and it worked great. Simple to use. Easy to install. And I feel good about not having leakage. We’ve had a leak before and it was a mess. This def eases the minds. Sound is loud enough to hear but not loud enough to scare lol.
