Not even a star - Wayfair has not helped at all I've tried and contact them to return them and have been ignored. It seems like they just pass me to new people and ask me to resubmit everything and nothing gets done. I bought the veil bathroom for a client and purchased these to exchange the lever color. Somehow it's the same product correct color yet, incompatible. Then why sell them separately?

Ordered this as a final addition to changing all of our hardware in our bathroom to matte black - perfection! Edit we have now had this for 2 years and LOVE it. Highly recommend!

It matches the towel rack and toilet holder. Looks nice and elevated the powder room

Im so glad we were able to find a replacement trip leaver for our toilet. Chrome handles stand out when everything else is a different color.
