Item delivered without the bowl lift handle. Wayfair told me to contact manufacturer. They said this item is from 2019 and they do not have a replacement part. Guess I’m out of luck! Live the mixer, just wish it was complete!

Had the smaller tilt mixer but at a great price- I couldn’t pass it up— now big batches of cookie and pizza dough are easy!!! Love it!!

My family and I love Kitchenaid mixers. This mixer was to replace my mom’s 4.5 quart Kitchenaid mixer because her recipes were a bit much for it and she wanted a colorful one. That mixer is over 20 years old and has been through basically daily use and it still works as well as this one did brand new. She’s been using this larger one for over a year now and she loves it. Her recipes fit better and we’ve discovered even more ways to use it now. Wayfair was very accommodating with this order despite there being some delays with the shipment. I ordered during a major sale so they sold out several times before mine was shipped. Wayfair kept in contact with me and discounted my price multiple times to make up for the delays because, even though I was not upset, they wanted to show me I was important and that they wanted to keep me as a customer.
