Found this same vanity on another site and they messed up our order. I was so glad to see that Wayfair had the exact same one. I'd rather purchase from a company I know and trust. Absolutely the perfect piece for a mid-century modern bathroom.

I have not yet installed it. But the vanity looks to be of good quality. I had to reroute all of the plumbing for it. But that is expected when changing the type and layout of a new vanity. It did not come with rough in dimensions for the plumbing so I will add them once I get it installed and verify our dimensions worked. We are trying to get the overall height with top to about 35” and have the plumbing nice and tight inside the cabinet to have as much clearance as we can. James Martin does not offer a vanity top for this with single hole faucet drillings, nor do they have it in just a blank to do your own drilling. So we have to purchase a quartz top and install undermount lavatories with single home faucets. I’ll write more once it is installed.
