Exactly what I expected. Be aware, the batch feed disposals don't come with a baffle so the hole in the sink is wide open. We bought an aftermarket strainer to place in the hole until we wanted to use the disposal, to prevent dropping many things inside. It works great, feels very safe. Quiet.
