The plaque itself is adorable. The problem is that the description doesn't say there is an additional hanging piece of metal NOT SHOWN in the photo that hangs down on both sides below the last line with screw holes in it. Sadly this piece is not removable. Also, there are 2 stakes that come with it if you want to secure it to the ground (i.e. Lawn sign). I bought this so I could attach it to the side of my house. So I had to paint the two hanging metal sections so it blends, but it looks silly. Will not use the second one I ordered. Disappointed.

Absolutely love it! It is the second plaque for an address that we bought in the last eight months. Another one was for a friend. The quality and workmanship is way above what I've ever seen before. We love this company and are never disappointed. Keep it up as we spread the word.! Perfect!

So perfect! I did want to also point out that a guy in customer service went above and beyond to call ME to confirm that my spelling was correct. How awesome was that? VERY HAPPY with anything I've ever purchased from this company. I cannot comment on returns because, thank goodness with their extensive helpfulness, I've never had to return anything.
