Very nice product and looks beautiful installed. My only comment is that, with all valves, you turn them counterclockwise to open and clockwise to close. With this trim plate you turn the valve to the "red" dot first but really, at that point, you only have cold water. To open the valve enough to warm the water, the valve trim indicates you are at the "blue" dot or cold water side which isn't the case. Maybe I am missing something - does any one have insight? Using with Grohsafe Universal Pressure Balance Rough-in valve with diverter.
