This is the miracle device I needed to be able to mount a basically flat hand shower for use as a shower head. Most wall mounts do not have the flexibility to rotate at a high enough degree angle to prevent the hand shower from pointing directly at the opposite wall, or only marginally better near the top of the tub at the opposite end from the shower head. The mount is also far enough from the wall to allow the hand shower a rotation of 45 + degrees from the wall without interfering with the hose or having the end of the handle hit the wall. It is plastic, but you would not know it without close examination.

This piece is plastic and not easily adjustable. By the photo you would think you can just turn the end piece forward or backward to adjust the angle but that is not the case.
