I imagine a better look, the handle doesn’t click correctly, meaning once I push it down, it won’t come up on its own. It’s also a little bit more difficult to lock than expected.

I really debated whether to try the Grandeur handset over a Baldwin handset which has always been our preferred brand. If you are looking for a high quality, solid entry set, the Grandeur line will not disappoint. It is expensive but it was easy to install and it offers the solid statement piece that I was looking for. My contractor had not installed this brand before and he was impressed by the quality and the easy installation. I am hoping to get the 20+ years of dependability that I got with Baldwin, time will tell.
