Although these handles are beautiful, I’ve had the worst time getting them correct. I ordered two Right Handed units, one for the front door and one for the back. Both units came in the RH box but were actually LH units.We called the manufacturer to see if the lever could be flipped, they said absolutely not, it will void the warranty. After many conversations with Wayfair customer service they sent me replacements but couldn’t guarantee the correct orientation. The new ones came in and were exactly as the original ‍♀️ So needless so say, we changed the lever ourselves they work fine, but I guess no warranty now. The company was no help.
