We had to glue the handle on because it pops off easily when trying to pull the lid open. We hope that the plastic will hold up. It is a nice size for our family of two and our purpose.

I wanted something in my raised bed for compost. It is nice and went together easily. I will see what happens and how it works. Only thing that needs to be looked at is the shipping cost. It isn't heavy, awkward and is shipped apart.

Product seems great! Cant wait to get it; however, I have not yet recieved email confirmation of my order. That makes me nervous.

Lid sometimes is difficult to get back on, the sides don’t firmly fit. Still for the function and purpose of what it is made for, we are still very pleased!

We absolutely love our waterfall raised bed! When we opened the box, there was a break in one of the panels. Wishing days the replacement arrived, excellent customer support. Not a huge fan of the compost bins, as the lid is difficult at times to get on and stay put. We live in hurricane alley, so coastal breezes can blow off the lid. Still they function and that matters to us. Maybe someday it’ll come in gray like the 1inch items do??? That would be absolutely lovely! I’d recommend this company again and again!

I really like the product. This is my first attempt at "vermicomposting" and I've only been using it about a week, so too early to tell how it will work with maintaining an active worm population. But it was easy to use. I suggest Frame-it-all add more information to the instructions on how to use the product, not just how to assemble it. The video on the site does explain the basics, but I had to look up information on the web to learn more details on what kinds of kitchen waste and other materials would be best to feed to the worms. It would be helpful if at least a page or so of "tips" were included with the device. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for value since you could make your own from an appropriate container by drilling large holes - however, it wouldn't look nearly as nice.

How genius to make compost and right in the vegetable garden. While I have a very large compost bin I decided to give this a go this year. The only issue I have is the top does not snap on quite securely and I have to finagle with it to get it secured since we tend to have a lot of wind where I live. Having said that the compost seems to be breaking down quickly because the worms are doing their job.

Easy to put together but a bit expensive for what you get.
