From the listing, I thought you could mix and match the black exterior handle with a silver interior knob. That’s not the case, both came as black. It also took longer than normal to ship. We were replacing an existing handle and this product ended up being smaller on the outside than what we had, so you see marks on the door from the old handle. We need to sand the door down and repaint.

This is going to last a lifetime! It's so well made and beautiful, I wish that I had the money to put emtek hardware on all of my doors. I just hope that I ordered the right handle orientation, I found the diagrams a but confusing.
