Mechanical warranty: Limited lifetime mechanical warranty. Finish warranty: Polished Brass-Lifetime and Polished Nickel-Lifetime finishes carry a Lifetime limited finish warranty. No finish warranty on Deep Burgundy, Flat Black Patina, Medium Bronze Patina, Polished White Bronze, Rust, Silver Patina, Tumbled White Bronze, and Unlacquered Brass finishes. All other finishes carry a five-year finish warranty.

Tubular Thumbpress Entrysets will have a deadbolt, thumbpress and grip on the exterior side of the set and the interior side will be a deadbolt and a leverset. This Model is a Double Cylinder and will feature a key way on the exterior as well as a key way on the interior of the deadbolt portion.
Standard latch is for 2-3/8" backset. Set requires 2-1/8" bore standard door prep. Door prep template provided.
No handing designation required.

The Franklin is a transitional entry set with a comfortable grip and a classical beveled look. It utilizes the Quincy deadbolt and pairs well with our Quincy rosette, or the longer Quincy Sideplates. It's available in many finishes and can be upgraded to one of several keypad options.
