The backset sizing on this item is misprinted. It says that it is adjustable but what was delivered is fixed and is too short for the knob to line up correctly in a pre-cut door. Getting in touch with someone to explain the issue is basically impossible. Very frustrating after the cost and wait time for this to deliver.
