The popcorn popper was defective and I could not figure out how to return it I think it's a terrible company

The popcorn popper does not work

Half of the kernels blow out of the machine before they are popped. Would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes great popcorn but it also makes a mess! As the air is swirling around, uncooked, very hot kernels come flying out in all directions. If you tilt the popper a little it helps but this is something that should not be happening.

This is a quality product--well made and works great! The price was great also! Will buy again when this one wears out!

Quiet and pops most of the kernels. Sleek and modern look.

Doesn't quite pop all the kernels as advertised but does a fair job.

The popcorn has a much lighter texture and is a bit tastier than I’ve experience with other popcorn machines. What I don’t like is that not all the kernels are popped.

AIR POPPER WORKS GREAT AND I HOPE TO USE IT WEEKLY TO MAKE SOME GREAT POPCORN
