Pros efficient, effective, not too loud, takes up very little counter space, affordable. Cons you cant set it to grind to a particular size, and to a caffeine-dependent tragic like me, it holds approximately one thimble of beans. Im glad I have it, but when I can afford to upgrade, I will.
