Clearly this product was a return product sent to me. When I opened the box the 2 boxes inside was already opened and tape to the boxes had been cut. Other than that the product seemed to be in good condition. I decided to keep it and see how it works. 3 stars given because it was not 100% new ( it was a prior return not even packaged properly)

Fantastic toaster. Bagels option is the best out of any toaster I’ve used

Being newly married this toaster is great for both of us and love the settings I like my toast light and he likes his dark..

After 5 months one side of toaster will not go off of bagel setting.Because it is after the 30 day return policy can not get replaced.

Toaster carriage did not lock, so unable to use. Returned item.
