I continue to search for a toaster that toasts evenly and according to the dial. Under toasted. It's the first Cuisinart product I've purchased that I'm very unsatisfied with. I would like to good old heavy toaster that toasted the correct way...

We haven't used the product yet; I bought it for our new house. I am looking forward to trying it out on our first morning in the new place. I like the look of it!

I wish that it would have came with a users manual on using it sadly I had to go online to the manufacturer on using the different types of light and dark of the bread. This did not come with a user’s manual.
