I have had this robe for about 6 weeks and it has numerous pillings and snags. It hangs neatly in my closet and nothing rubs against it. This should not be happening to a supposed quality robe. It is comfortable but looks terrible. I am less and less impressed with Cozy Earth the more I use their products.
