Difficult to find this size mail slot -- 10" x 3". Originally found this mail slot on Walmart website, but when I saw that Walmart was ordering the slot from Wayfair, I cancelled the Walmart order and went directly to Wayfair! Mail slot is beautiful and fix perfectly! NOT ONLY THAT, I needed the mail slot overnighted. So after placing the order, I received the confirmation advising that the item would be delivered in 2 days. I reached out the Customer Service and the Representative made a call to the warehouse and had them express my order! I received the slot the very next day! JUST IN TIME for the City Inspector to approve the house! THANK YOU WAYFAIR !! OUTSTANDING PRODUCT AND SERVICE!!!

Satin Nickel carries a lifetime limited finish warranty. There is no finish warranty on Non-Lacquered Brass 031, Vintage Brass 033, or Oil-Rubbed Bronze 102. Other finish, Baldwin warrants to the Purchaser that the finish of the product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship from tarnishing, flaking, and discoloring for either (a) five (5) years from the date of purchase for interior use or (b) one (1) year from the date of purchase for exterior use; as long as said Purchaser occupies the residential premises upon which the product was originally installed.
