Rain barrel was a great find.It beats the look of standard rain barrels and adds a little curb appeal. Super easy to install and I'd recommend others to purchase.

We paired these with copper rain chains and turned out beautifully.

Love the look of this rain barrel, so much nicer than the simpler ones made of ugly plastic that scream "cheap". I now have two of them gracing the front and back of my house, both barely noticable. A couple of advisories, however. These rain barrels don't come with an overflow handling system. You'll have to take care of that on your own, which means drilling a 3/4" or so hole near the high water level, installing a bulkhead for a hose fitting you'll buy, maybe also a hose adapter that swivels (for the 90 degree bend you'll probably want). I've also read elsewhere that the tank cover, like a spaghetti collander, doesn't have small enough holes to prevent mosquitoes from breeding therein. One final complaint is that my second unit didn't come with the metal clip used to secure the hose at the top of the unit. Otherwise, if you're handy enough, a beautiful and useful rain barrel!

The item made in Canada is good quality and performs adequately.

I guess you get what you pay for ... initially, we just had an issue with the spigot leaking that Wayfair kindly sent us replacement for. But after one year of use, the entire bottom basically fell out and won’t hold water anymore. Not worth the money.

It looks great! It is super light which is good for getting it into place. It easily gets blown around in almost any type of wind. It doesn't hold much water so if you get an hour of rain off a gutter it will be full and overflowing. I thinking it is better for catching run off than a gutter off a roof.

Ive had this for several months and overall, I like it. It is really sturdy and holds up well to the incredible downpours we get in New Mexico, as well as the extreme heat and cold. The two downsides are that the plastic spigot broke when temperatures got below freezing, so I replaced it with a metal one, and that the water doesnt flow out once the barrel is less than half full. I plan on installing a pump to fix that and recommend getting a cover for the top to prevent water from getting in when temperatures drop.

I ordered a brown one but got a gray one and it leaked. Tried to handle it through the online thing, but they offered only replacement parts. That wouldn't have solved the color problem. So I called and spoke with Mercedes who was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She ordered me a new rain barrel which I should get in a week. Like the rain barrel and look forward to getting a replacement. If you order one, you definitely need to check to see if it leaks before you install it. Calling is also much more helpful than trying to do it on line. Got the replacement...another gray one which also leaks!! Don't buy this product

Love the product, hate Fed-ex! Just dumped it on my front step, no knock, doorbell or notice in case I wasn’t home. Luckily I was or it would have been stolen. A picture of the box on my front step does me no good, only covers Fed-ex and Wayfair’s *ss.
