This Chinoiserie mill was exclusively designed by Sarah and David Ross. Featuring a beautiful blossom design, it comes with both "S" and "P" stainless steel screw knobs so you can decide for yourself whether you want it to be a salt or pepper grinder. The mill is made from sustainably sourced rubberwood, finished with eight coats of high-gloss lacquer and hand-polished between each coat. Using a ceramic grinding mechanism, the mill requires a clockwise motion to activate. It can be used for grinding either rock salt (dry salt crystals) or black peppercorns. It is not to be used for sea salt, wet salt, or pink peppercorns. Do not leave in prolonged direct sunlight. Beautifully gift-boxed. Wipe surface clean with a damp cloth; do not immerse in water.
