I purchased this product and I get that it is a personalized, but it took longer than I was quoted to receive it. Had I received some sort of communication about the delay; it would not have been an issue. Once I received the product, it was good quality and nicely done. It is a sturdy metal and I like how the address is printed on both sides. I blocked out my address in the picture but did try to show the print is about 3 fingers tall, making it easy to see/read.
