Tree does not look as full as the photo, much less dense.

It’s a beautiful tree but we just put it up and some of the lights aren’t working. We’ve tried everything. I didn’t think this would be an issue. I paid too much money for a tree that doesn’t have working lights.

I purchased this tree because it was considered "full" and thats exactly what I wanted. What I got was not even close to the one pictured on the site. Even after an hour of fluffing the branches on the bottom and letting them rest overnight, it looks nothing like I hoped it would. So disappointed in this tree and with it being so close to Christmas already, I dont have time to return it and find a new one. It will have to do for this year. :(

Gorgeous tree. This is our 2nd year with this tree. Iit sets up easily and folds nicely for storage. The lights are plentiful and we'll distributed. Lights are located on the inner parts of the tree as well as outer branches, creating a beautiful dimension. The tree is full and looks expensive (very affordable for size and quality). We've only found one bulb out when putting it up the second year. It's likely the most beautiful tree we've had in over 30 years. Highly recommend itt!
