Arrived broken. It is not surprising. There was little packaging of the chair. Only sitting on a piece of flat cardboard with plastic wrapped around it. Since it is a custom piece it came from the furniture manufacturer packaged this way. For the expensive of the chair there should have been white glove delivery.
