Very unhappy with this chair and I’ve been told nothing can be done. I have had a great experience with Wayfair up to this point. I purchased a chair that was very poorly stuffed and kept collapsing in the seat and arms. It was replaced twice and I gave up on that one. Chair actually arrived as a non-power chair. The leather is really cheap looking, because it has that vinyl shine to it. Unfortunately a top coat protector on the leather was missed by leather supplier and Bradington-Young built these custom order chairs and significant premature wear occurred in only a few months. For the most part well constructed and good quality material except the head cushion and lumbar cushion are not fitted properly. There is a gap between the two.
