Overall satisfied with the chair, very comfortable. One thing to note, the details section on the Perigold website describes the "recliner base type" as "lift assist". This led me to believe the chair had lift assist capability, it does not. Particularly disappointing since my wife is planning hip replacement and this was an important feature for me. My teenagers favorite spot in the house. It is firm but is breaking in well. The controls are easy. The neck adjustment is so comfortable when reclining.
