It's a beautiful piece but the description says solid wood and it's not. It's very high quality veneer but it's still a veneer. The wood has that dreaded hollow knocking sound of mdf furniture. I like the piece, I just would not have paid nearly $5000 for it. You can get solid wood pieces for that price.

Beautiful and sturdy piece. This is quality furniture. Even more beautiful in person. The delivery was easy, professional and fantastic delivery persons.

This sideboard is GORGEOUS!!!! While it is not inexpensive, it is a very special piece that is worth the money. I am a designer and purchased it for my clients and they are very happy with it.
