Preventative maintenance: We suggest routine light vacuuming and frequent pillow rotation to help extend the life of the fabric and enhance the overall appearance. If pilling should occur, please know this should not be considered a defect. This is a natural characteristic caused by friction that occurs in the course of normal use. Pilling involves non-structural fibers and does not affect the durability or strength of the fabric. Pills can easily be removed using a lint or fabric shaver. The zippers are there to enable the manufacturer to fill the cushion with the cushion core.
