The chairs were in great condition because they were wrapped so well internally. The box they came in was damaged. There was a sign on the box that requires the recipient to report damage to the delivery guy before he left but that was impossible. He dropped the box off upside down on my porch and ran off while I was standing there trying to read the sign on the box. I was worried the goods were going to be damaged too but they were not.

Chairs came promptly and in perfect condition. It was not an issue for me, but the pictures online show it has a different color stitching. But the stitching matched the dark brown leather of the chair. I was happy about that.
